How it works

This skill acts as an automated post-launch evaluator. It reads the launch date and metrics defined in your feature's PRD, and then pulls live analytics data for the cohort of users who interacted with the new feature.

It tracks adoption curves (how many users found it), conversion rates (how many completed the flow), and retention (do they come back to use it?), comparing actual performance directly against the success criteria defined prior to launch.

Actionable Output

A comprehensive post-launch performance report detailing success rates, adoption friction points, and an overall Go/No-Go rating for feature scaling.
